Bhopal Goon Vandalizes Vehicles in Ratan Colony

Bhopal: An infamous criminal and his gang members caused havoc in Ratan Colony, Nishatpura, by smashing windscreens and window panes of several cars and SUVs on Thursday night. The incident occurred after the brave residents of the colony stood up against the gang’s extortion demands.

The residents of Ratan Colony, led by Anurag Yadav, 35, who works in a private marketing job, refused to succumb to the demands of the notorious goon, Vishal, who has a history of criminal activities and multiple police cases against him. Vishal, a resident of Palasi area, approached Anurag and other residents, demanding money for alcohol and threatening them with consequences if they did not comply.

When Anurag and the other residents stood their ground and refused to pay the extortion money, Vishal and his accomplice, Chhotu, resorted to violence. Around 11.40 pm on Thursday, the gang members went on a rampage, pelting stones at parked cars and SUVs in the colony, causing significant damage.

Nishatpura police have registered a case in response to the incident. Investigation officer SI Shrikant Dwivedi is leading the probe into the matter. Anurag Yadav filed a complaint detailing the events that transpired, leading to the criminal damage caused by Vishal and his associate.

The police are actively searching for Vishal and Chhotu to bring them to justice for their actions. The residents of Ratan Colony are determined to uphold their rights and safety against such criminal elements in the area.
