Described as a White male, standing at approximately 5’09” and weighing 140 pounds, Kendall was last spotted wearing a camouflage jacket, dark pants, and a baseball cap. He is believed to have fled in a grey 2013 Hyundai Elantra with California license plate 8BLM036, featuring an “Oxmoor Hyundai” sticker.
Public Urged to Assist in Locating Armed and Dangerous Suspect
The Pinole Police Department, in collaboration with the Hercules Police Department, has issued a warning to the public regarding Kendall, emphasizing that he is considered armed and dangerous.
