Tragic Shooting Leaves Mother and Son Dead in Angleton, Texas

Angleton, a quiet town in Texas, was rocked by tragedy when a mother and son were identified as the victims of a fatal shooting at an industrial facility. The Angleton Police Department confirmed that Darla Murrell, 66, and her son Devin Murrell, 37, lost their lives in the incident that took place on South Velasco Street.

Suspect at Large

The suspect, identified as 35-year-old Bradley Jones, fled the scene after the shooting. Authorities launched a manhunt to apprehend Jones, who is married to a former employee of the facility where the tragic incident occurred. Despite his attempts to evade capture, Jones was eventually arrested near Surfside Beach while driving a 2015 silver Chevrolet Silverado.
