The man in the video, whose identity has not been disclosed, was seen using offensive language before engaging in shooting activities. The incident has led to severe consequences for the manager, as he has since been fired from his position at the establishment.

Erika Johnson, a former customer of Big Shot Bob’s, expressed her disappointment and stated that she would no longer be patronizing the establishment after witnessing the video. She described the manager’s behavior as “completely disturbing” and emphasized that he had always exhibited questionable conduct, including carrying a gun and making discriminatory remarks.

The owner of Big Shot Bob’s in Penn Hills declined an interview but released a statement addressing the incident. In the statement, the owner expressed deep sadness and embarrassment regarding the video’s content and confirmed that the manager had been terminated. The owner further emphasized that the manager’s actions did not align with the values of the establishment.

The incident has attracted the attention of prominent organizations, including the NAACP and the Alliance for Police Accountability, who are calling for a police investigation. Daylon Davis, the President of the local NAACP Chapter, highlighted the severity of the situation, stating, “You have an individual enjoying shooting a gun target Blacks.” Brandi Fisher, CEO of the Alliance for Police Accountability, stressed the need to address such incidents seriously, without waiting for potential harm to occur.

As of now, no charges have been filed in relation to the incident. It is important to note that while Big Shot Bob’s House of Wings has multiple locations in the Pittsburgh area, the Penn Hills location is independently owned and operated.
