Tragic Death of 21-Year-Old Man Found on Railway Line in Mombasa

In a tragic incident that occurred on Sunday morning, the lifeless body of a 21-year-old man was discovered on a railway line in the Bonje area of Mombasa. The deceased has been identified as Hamisi Said, a young man full of dreams and aspirations.

The police have stated that the body was found crushed by a train along the meter gauge railway line. Shockingly, the right leg and right hand of the victim were completely severed, adding to the horror of the situation.

The authorities have swiftly removed the body and transferred it to the Coast General Hospital, where a postmortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death. Although it remains uncertain whether this was a tragic accident or a deliberate act of suicide, the police have initiated an investigation to shed light on the circumstances leading to this devastating incident.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident in Elementaita, Nakuru, a man named Elijah Mutheki tragically drowned in a dam. The incident took place on Saturday, February 10, while Elijah was diligently working on a farm in the Ngesha village.

The police have launched an investigation into this drowning incident, aiming to uncover the details surrounding this heart-wrenching tragedy.
