Woman Fatally Shot in Baldwin Borough Residence: Investigation Underway

Allegheny County police are currently conducting an investigation into the tragic death of a 20-year-old woman who was found shot in her residence in Baldwin Borough. The victim has been identified as Ramiah Griffin by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The incident took place on Friday afternoon in the 5400 block of Youngridge Drive. Authorities were alerted to the shooting after receiving a report at around 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, first responders discovered Griffin inside her apartment, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Regrettably, Griffin was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and the motive behind this senseless act of violence is yet to be determined.
