As officers were en route to the scene, dispatch informed them that a head-on collision had occurred at the North Tesuque Interchange on the highway, involving a Jeep traveling south in the northbound lane and the pickup truck going the correct way. Upon arrival, authorities found Jordan Dwyer and Landon Crossley deceased at the scene, while the other two passengers in the truck were transported to Christus St. Vincent Hospital. Alcohol was determined to be a contributing factor in the crash caused by Scott Sullivan.
