Three Individuals from Charlotte Suspected of Breaking into Denver Restaurant and Stealing Safe
DENVER, N.C. — Authorities in Lincoln County have announced that three individuals from Charlotte are believed to be responsible for breaking into a restaurant in Denver and stealing its safe. The incident occurred over a month ago on December 30th at the Crafty Burg’r located on Brentwood Road, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Thanks to surveillance video, investigators were able to identify the getaway vehicle used during the crime and subsequently identified the owner, as well as two other individuals who participated in the burglary at Crafty Burg’r.
According to the sheriff’s office, the suspects have been identified as 20-year-old Deangelo Terrell Ardrey, 18-year-old Jerrius Verron Sarvis, and an unnamed juvenile. Ardrey was apprehended at a residence in Charlotte and is now facing multiple charges, including felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, felony conspiracy, and felony safe cracking.
The sheriff’s office has issued warrants for Sarvis, although as of Wednesday, he remains at large. No information has been provided regarding the charges or custody status of the unnamed juvenile involved in the crime.
