Felton Woman Faces Charges for Stealing Money from Royal Farms

A Felton woman, Pebbles A. Tucker, is facing charges after allegedly stealing money from a Royal Farms store in Delaware. The incident involved Tucker, who was an employee at the store, making purchases and then refunding the money to her debit card while keeping the items. Delaware State Police have revealed that this fraudulent activity occurred multiple times, starting from April 4th, 2023. Additionally, investigators have discovered that Tucker conspired with another former employee.
On February 1st, 2024, Tucker contacted the police in Dover, where officers discovered an active warrant for her arrest in Felton. Consequently, she was taken into custody and charged with conspiracy in the third degree and three counts of theft by false pretense under $1,500. Tucker has since been released on $4,000 unsecured bail, with a no-contact order issued against her by Royal Farms. She awaits a future court date to address these charges.
