Halton Police Appeal for Public’s Help in Locating Trevor Adams

The Halton Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating Trevor Adams, who is wanted for a series of criminal offences stemming from an incident that occurred on June 23, 2023. Adams is being sought in connection with a collision that took place near the intersection of Maple Avenue and Fairview Street in Burlington.

Adams, described as a white male standing approximately 6 feet tall and weighing around 180 lbs, was involved in the crash but chose to flee the scene without checking on the well-being of the other driver or exchanging necessary information. Despite the police locating him shortly after the incident, Adams managed to evade apprehension. Since then, all attempts to locate and arrest him have been unsuccessful, leading authorities to believe that he is actively evading law enforcement.

The charges that Adams faces include failure to stop after an accident, flight from a peace officer, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, possession of property obtained by crime, and taking a motor vehicle without consent.

While Adams is known to have ties to the Burlington area, investigators now believe he may have relocated to Hamilton. The Halton Police are urgently appealing to the community for any information that could aid in locating Trevor Adams.
