WESH TWO NEWS STARTS NOW. A beautiful Saturday across Central Florida today with a very calm radar as we continue into the night. However, that’s not going to stay with us. Let’s check in with First Warning Meteorologist Marquise Marquise, who’s joining us now? Marquise.

We are tracking some storms for tomorrow. A lot of changes coming our way over the next 24 hours here in Central Florida. Our radar is perfectly quiet right now, but tomorrow morning we’ll start to see a couple of showers moving in from the Gulf Coast. The Storm Prediction Center has issued a marginal risk, meaning it’s a one out of five. Some of the impacts we’ll be watching out for throughout the morning and the afternoon will include strong winds, a couple of heavy downpours, and there is a very small tornado chance. We’re not going to blow it out of proportion, but we will see the rain showers start to pick up late in the morning and across the early afternoon. Right now, though, it is absolutely perfect here in Central Florida. High temperatures did hit the mid-70s earlier and we’re still sitting at 70 degrees on the dot just after sunset. As we’re staying dry with a breeze from the east coast. Ultimately, though, as you move north of the I-4 corridor, that’s where temperatures are a little bit cooler. You’re back in the 60s across Palm Coast, 63 degrees in Deland. Everywhere south of I-4, with the exception of Melbourne, you’re back in the 70s. So, it’s 70 degrees here in Orlando, 71 in Kissimmee, 71 in Palm Bay as well. But here’s a look at the rain moving across the Gulf and that’s what’s heading our way tomorrow. We’ll take a closer look at 6:18.
