A Youth from Uttar Pradesh Found Dead at a Shelter in Delhi

The victim, identified as Pramod Kumar Shukla, had been residing at the Khoya Mandi in Delhi while working at a local shop. However, his life took a tragic turn when he was found dead at the shelter. Initial investigations revealed that the victim was not a local resident and had come from Uttar Pradesh.
Thanks to the aid of closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, the authorities swiftly apprehended the accused in connection with the crime. The accused, whose identity has not been disclosed, revealed that he had been forced into an uncomfortable and unnatural sexual encounter by the victim, Rajesh. Overwhelmed by the pressure he faced, the accused resorted to killing Pramod in an attempt to escape the harrowing situation.
