Upon realizing the presence of the police, the three individuals attempted to flee but were eventually apprehended and handcuffed.

Suddenly, a man on a dirt bike sped through the scene at speeds exceeding 70 miles per hour, narrowly missing officers on the street, and crashing into an unoccupied police cruiser.

As a result of the collision, the dirt bike rider, identified as 22-year-old Sandalio Rodriguez from Lorain, was thrown from his bike. Officers immediately provided medical aid, but unfortunately, Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lorain County Coroner.
