Three-year-old child killed in road accident in southwest Delhi

New Delhi, January 25, 2022 – In a tragic incident, a three-year-old child lost his life after being hit by a cluster bus in the Najafgarh area of southwest Delhi. The driver of the bus has been apprehended by the authorities, confirming the arrest.

The unfortunate incident occurred on Wednesday evening when Priyanshu and his son Gopal were returning home from a local market on an e-rickshaw in the Roshanpura area. According to the police, Gopal slipped from his seat and fell onto the road as the driver of the e-rickshaw applied the brakes. It was at this moment that a cluster bus coming from behind struck the child, resulting in the fatal accident.

Local residents who witnessed the incident were deeply disturbed and expressed their anger by pelting stones at the bus. The driver of the bus, identified as Sunil, attempted to flee but was promptly overpowered by the authorities.

The third version states that the e-rickshaw struck the bus from the rear, causing the child to fall and come under the bus.
