Man Arrested in Connection with November Burglary in Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Wake County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a man in connection with a burglary that took place in November on Trego Trail near Raleigh. The suspect, identified as 21-year-old Faviel Candela-Noyola, was apprehended on Tuesday and has been charged with multiple offenses.

According to the sheriff’s office, the incident occurred on November 26 in the 10700 block of Trego Trail. Deputies responded to the scene after receiving reports of several suspects entering a home and stealing multiple car keys. One suspect drove away from the victim’s driveway in a truck, while the other suspects fled in a separate vehicle.

A deputy initiated a pursuit of the stolen truck on Poole Road, but the chase ended when the truck crashed and the suspect fled on foot. Following an investigation, law enforcement identified Candela-Noyola as the individual responsible for stealing the truck.

Candela-Noyola has been charged with first-degree burglary, larceny of a motor vehicle, and felony speed to elude. He was processed into the Wake County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $50,000 bond.
