Suspected Drunk Driver Arrested After Crashing Into Parked Patrol Car in Milwaukie

Milwaukie, Oregon – In the early hours of Wednesday morning, a suspected drunk driver was apprehended after colliding with a parked patrol car in Milwaukie. The entire incident was captured on camera, providing crucial evidence for the investigation.

At approximately 2 a.m., law enforcement officers were in the process of searching a trespassing suspect whom they had recently apprehended in the 11500 block of Southeast Linwood Avenue. Reacting swiftly, the officers managed to grab hold of the trespassing suspect and promptly moved out of harm’s way just before the Camaro violently crashed into the rear of the parked patrol car, which had its emergency lights activated.

Uninjured Parties and Emotional Impact

Fortunately, no one sustained injuries in the collision. However, the trespassing suspect was emotionally affected by the incident and subsequently placed on a Behavioral Health Hold at a nearby hospital to receive appropriate care and support.
