Arrest Warrant Issued for Speeding MotorcyclistCSP/9News

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Texan man who allegedly posted a video on YouTube showcasing his reckless motorcycle speeding through the state of Colorado. Titled “From Colorado Springs to Denver in 20 Minutes,” the now-deleted video has been handed over to Colorado prosecutors, leading to the man facing multiple charges, including reckless endangerment, as reported by a 9 News report.

The motorcyclist involved in the incident has been identified as Rendon Dietzmann, a 32-year-old man from Texas. The viral video that landed him in legal trouble was filmed on Interstate 25, spanning the distance between Colorado Springs and Denver. In the footage, Dietzmann appears to reach astonishing speeds of over 170 mph.

The arrest warrant issued against Dietzmann includes seven charges, namely menacing, engaging in a speed contest, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, speeding 40 mph over the prima facie limit, engaging in an exhibition of speed, and operating a vehicle without number plates attached.

The final charge is particularly intriguing, as Dietzmann seemingly attempted to evade identification by not displaying number plates on his motorcycle. However, his actions contradicted this evasion effort when he allegedly uploaded the incriminating video of himself speeding at over 170 mph on his YouTube channel.

Colorado State Patrol collaborated with Dallas investigators to trace the video back to Dietzmann, leading to the issuance of the arrest warrant.

“Illegal and reckless driving behavior will not be tolerated in Colorado,” stated Colorado State Patrol Sergeant Troy Kessler.

Dietzmann, who goes by the online pseudonym “Gixxer Brah” on YouTube and Instagram, frequently shares videos and posts showcasing bike stunts and high-speed runs. Despite the ongoing legal proceedings, both his YouTube and Instagram accounts remain active, with his most recent YouTube video uploaded a mere two days ago. While his riding skills may be impressive, it is important to note that engaging in such high-speed activities on a busy interstate and subsequently sharing evidence of illegal conduct online is highly unwise.
