Fresno County Homicide Investigation: Victim Identified as Fraylee Hernandez

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno County Sheriff’s Crime Scene Unit has identified the victim in an ongoing homicide investigation. Fraylee Hernandez was found dead in a parked vehicle near Mendota, according to deputies.

Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious car parked in an orchard near Belmont and Washoe Avenues, west of Mendota, on January 17th, around 2 p.m. Inside the vehicle, they discovered Hernandez’s lifeless body, which showed signs of a homicide.

The investigation is still ongoing, and as of now, there are no further details available regarding this case. However, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office Homicide detectives are actively working to gather more information about Hernandez, including his recent whereabouts.
