Body Found in Pond at Knox County Golf Course Identified as Albert Rogers Jr.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Knox County Sheriff’s Office has officially confirmed the identity of the body discovered in a pond at a local golf course on Tuesday. The deceased individual has been identified as 65-year-old Albert Rogers Jr., a resident of Knoxville, according to Kimberly Glenn, the Communications Director at KCSO.
The alarming discovery was reported to authorities on Tuesday morning at approximately 9 a.m., triggering a swift response from law enforcement officials.

Upon arriving at the Willow Creek Golf Course, deputies from KCSO were confronted with the lifeless body of a man submerged in the water. To ensure a thorough investigation, KCSO immediately called in Major Crimes Detectives, Forensics, and the medical examiner.
