Man Pleads Not Guilty to Murder in Alleged Road-Rage Killing of 4-Year-Old Boy

Lancaster, UK – A 29-year-old man, Byron Burkhart, pleaded not guilty today to murder and multiple charges related to the alleged road-rage shooting death of a 4-year-old boy in Lancaster. The incident has shocked the community and raised concerns about the escalating violence on the roads.

Contrary to reports, the District Attorney’s Office has denied that Burkhart had recently been booked on suspicion of a weapons violation and released under the county’s zero-bail policy. The office clarified that these reports were false.
