Introducing Beckham: The Soccer-Loving Canine in Need of a Home

Long Beach, CA – In a surprising turn of events, a furry four-legged friend has found himself behind bars. Beckham, a two-year-old German Shepherd mix, was discovered running wild on the soccer field on January 14, 2024. His playful nature and love for the game earned him his fitting name. However, this playful pup is now in need of a loving home.

When Animal Control Officers approached Beckham, he proved to be quite the elusive character. Refusing to provide any form of identification, he was promptly arrested for not being on a leash with an owner. Unfortunately, Beckham has yet to reveal the whereabouts of his mom and dad, leaving his fate uncertain. Without a microchip or concerned parents rushing to the shelter, this adorable pooch now finds himself incarcerated in the infamous #DoggyJail.

But fear not, dear readers, for there is hope on the horizon. Beckham eagerly awaits the opportunity to become someone’s Best Football Friend (BFF), and all he needs is a new family to post bail and give him a forever home.
