Holland Township Man Hospitalized After Being Stabbed in Early Morning Attack

HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A 29-year-old man was rushed to the hospital after sustaining stab wounds inflicted by another individual in Holland Township, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident took place shortly before 2 a.m. on Lane Avenue, near E 16th Street, in Holland Township. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 29-year-old resident of Zeeland Township with non-life-threatening stab wounds. The victim was promptly transported to the hospital for medical treatment and is currently in stable condition.

Authorities have identified a 41-year-old male from Holland Township as the alleged perpetrator. Although the suspect was known to the victim, the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office has chosen not to release his name at this time.
