The local police station reported that four bodies were found in Hurmaz village. These individuals were mercilessly gunned down during the night, and two of them have been identified as pick-up drivers Naseebullah and Attaur Rehman, both from Lakki Marwat district. The identities of the remaining two victims are yet to be established.

Furthermore, the police also discovered a pick-up truck loaded with fresh vegetables and a parked truck in the area. It is believed that these vehicles belonged to the unfortunate victims.

In another distressing development, the body of Arif Khan, a resident of Karak, was found in the Mir Ali Bazaar. The police have registered FIRs in both cases and sent the bodies to the hospital for autopsy.

This incident is reminiscent of the horrifying slaughter of six non-local barbers on January 1st in the same area. The victims, all hailing from Punjab, were discovered in the fields of Moski village in Mir Ali. It was revealed that they had been shot dead execution-style after being kidnapped.

Although no group has claimed responsibility for these heinous acts, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, a banned terrorist organization, is known to have a presence in the region.

The families of the victims are facing financial constraints in repatriating the bodies to their ancestral homes. Authorities have advised them to come to Bannu to claim the bodies or consider burying them there.

This tragic news has plunged the households of the victims into deep mourning, with parents reportedly suffering from panic attacks due to the devastating loss of their loved ones. The barbers working in Waziristan usually come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, seeking to provide for their families.

The motive behind these shocking acts of violence remains unclear, and the authorities continue their investigation into these horrific incidents.
