Man Arrested in Connection with death of 47-Year-Old Outside House of Blues

It has been more than two months since a tragic incident occurred outside the House of Blues in River North, resulting in the death of a 47-year-old man. According to the police, the victim, Andrew Hulburt, was approached by attackers who demanded money and struck him in the head. Sadly, Hulburt was found unresponsive on the sidewalk and later succumbed to his head injury. However, there has been a recent development in the case as Chicago police have arrested Jamie Miller, 29, who is believed to be involved in Hulburt’s death.

Miller now faces a charge of felony murder with the probability of death or injury. The arrest brings some closure to Hulburt’s grieving family and friends who have been anxiously waiting for justice to be served.

According to sources, Miller is a member of a gang known as the “flyer boys,” who are notorious for distributing flyers and then demanding cash or pickpocketing victims. This revelation sheds light on the motive behind the attack on Hulburt.

Hulburt’s mother, Anita, fondly remembers her son as a very friendly person who always got along well with others. After completing college, Hulburt moved to Chicago, where he enjoyed life to the fullest.

Originally from Iowa, Hulburt had been living in Chicago and would visit his mother once a month. Anita expresses how much she misses him, and the news of the arrest brings mixed emotions for her. While it provides some relief, it also stirs up the pain of losing her beloved son all over again.
