Accident – Death – Obituary News : Three individuals have been apprehended, and a fourth is currently being sought following an online child sex sting operation in Hall County. The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) collaborated with two other law enforcement agencies in the operation, which was named “Operation Good Shepherd.”

The sting took place over a span of two days, from January 12 to January 13. Undercover investigators from HCSO, the GBI’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, and Floyd County Police Department engaged in multiple online interactions through various social media platforms.

HCSO spokesperson B.J. Williams revealed that four individuals who communicated with the undercover investigators traveled to a predetermined location in Hall County, under the impression that they would be meeting individuals under the age of 16 for illicit purposes.

Law enforcement officers successfully apprehended three of the suspects at the scene, while the fourth suspect arrived and promptly fled from authorities. The arrested individuals are Dwayne Larry Drake, aged 38, from Hull, who faces charges of trafficking a person for sexual servitude, sexual exploitation of a minor, and electronic exploitation of a minor. Additionally, Billy Cason Elder, aged 34, from Watkinsville, and Mohammed Sadiq, aged 30, from Winder, were taken into custody and charged with electronic exploitation of a minor.

The fourth suspect, identified as 23-year-old Jaquan Deavonte Clark from Braselton, is currently wanted for electronic exploitation of a minor, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Drake and Sadiq are currently in jail, with Drake being held without bond and Sadiq on a $7,900 bond. Elder, on the other hand, has been released, as indicated by online records. His bond was set at $8,450.

According to Williams, the investigation regarding Operation Good Shepherd is still ongoing, signifying that law enforcement agencies remain committed to uncovering additional information and ensuring the safety of potential victims.
