Man Arrested for Watching Porn and Exposing Himself in Pattee Library

A man was apprehended on Wednesday by Penn State Police for allegedly engaging in explicit activities and indecent exposure at Pattee Library, located on the university campus.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Penn State Police, at approximately 9:20 p.m., on-duty officers received information about a man viewing pornographic material on a public computer in the library. The individual in question has been identified as 35-year-old Brandon Taylor.

Furthermore, another officer on the scene interviewed the victim, who reported that she had logged Taylor into the library computer using her own login credentials. She later noticed him watching explicit content. Shockingly, she disclosed that Taylor approached her, exposed his genitals, and even solicited oral sex.

In addition, the police report revealed that Taylor, who is recorded as homeless, is a registered sex offender in the state of New Hampshire, but failed to adhere to registration requirements with the Pennsylvania State Police.

Taylor now faces multiple charges, including a felony count of failing to comply with registration requirements, misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and harassment, and a summary count of disorderly conduct.

Subsequently, due to his inability to post bail, which was set at 10% of $22,500, Taylor remains in custody at the Centre County Correctional Facility.
