Hotels should implement advanced fraud detection systems that can identify suspicious activities and alert staff members promptly. Additionally, regular training sessions should be conducted for employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to detect and handle potential fraud attempts.

Furthermore, collaborations between hotels and financial institutions can help establish secure payment gateways, providing an added layer of protection for both customers and businesses. By adopting these measures, hotels can safeguard their operations and maintain trust with their customers.

The incident at the luxury hotel in Aerocity serves as a reminder for the entire hospitality industry to remain vigilant and proactive in combating fraudulent activities. It is essential to continuously assess and update security protocols to stay one step ahead of potential threats.
