At approximately 10:15 a.m. last Wednesday, the Rush County Sheriff’s Office received a crucial tip from a concerned citizen who reported observing a lifeless body lying in the south ditch on Avenue N. This location is situated about half a mile east of U.S. Highway 183 in close proximity to the town of La Crosse. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation promptly issued a media release outlining the incident. Deputies swiftly arrived at the specified area and immediately discovered the body.
