In another case, a man named Ganesh Reddy, aged 33, was acquitted by the sessions court in Thane. Reddy was accused of murdering his sister’s boyfriend, Akash More. These incidents serve as a reminder of the importance of a fair and thorough investigation to ensure justice is served. The acquittal in the Thane case raises questions about the reliability of witness testimonies and the need for stronger evidence in criminal trials.
