Deadly Shooting Under Investigation in Terrytown, Louisiana
TERRYTOWN, La. – The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a tragic incident that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, January 17th. A man was found shot outside a residence in the 1900 block of Faith Place in Terrytown.

Deputies from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a shooting at approximately 1:15 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered an unresponsive victim on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Regrettably, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene by responding deputies. At this time, no further details have been released regarding the identity of the victim or potential suspects.
