According to jail records and the Custer County Sheriff, Nancy Rae Medina-Kochis has been transferred from a jail in New Mexico to Colorado officials on Monday. This comes nearly two months after being taken into custody alongside shooting suspect Hanme Clark. Medina-Kochis is currently being held in the El Paso County jail, while Clark remains in custody in New Mexico as of Monday night.

Following the incident, a statewide alert was issued for Clark, who is believed to have shot all four victims, resulting in three fatalities and one injured person.
