Tragic Shooting Leaves One Child and Four Adults Dead in Richmond, Texas

Over the weekend, a devastating incident unfolded in Fort Bend County, Texas, as shots were fired at a home, resulting in the tragic deaths of one child and four adults, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.

On Saturday morning, at approximately 7 a.m., deputies received a distressing call reporting a shooting. Upon arriving at the scene, crime tape surrounded the area, indicating the severity of the situation.

With children present at the time of the incident, authorities have confirmed that one of the deceased adults is believed to be the shooter. The heartbreaking reality is that three of the adult victims were siblings, comprising two sisters and a brother. The youngest victim, an 8-year-old niece, was also among those tragically lost. The family of the victims shared with ABC Houston affiliate KTRK that the shooter was married to one of the sisters.
