“29-Year-Old Man Dies After Brutal Assault by Brother-in-Law and Friends in Delhi’s Sangam Vihar: Victim Identified as Rakesh”

Accident – death – Obituary News : A 29-year-old man tragically lost his life on Monday, following a brutal assault by his brother-in-law and a group of friends in Sangam Vihar, Delhi. The victim, identified as Rakesh, succumbed to his injuries after being mercilessly beaten.

The incident occurred on December 29, when Rakesh had a heated argument with his wife. In response, his wife reached out to her brother, reporting the altercation. Subsequently, the accused, accompanied by his friends, arrived in Delhi and launched a vicious attack on Rakesh. A video capturing the incident showed the accused forcefully dragging Rakesh out of his house, subjecting him to kicks and strikes with a stone, before fleeing the scene. Rakesh was rushed to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, his injuries proved fatal, leading to his untimely demise on Monday.

Mukesh, Rakesh’s brother, filed a complaint regarding the incident on December 31. As a result, a case was registered against the accused under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including house trespass, voluntarily causing hurt, wrongful restraint, and common intentions. An official confirmed Rakesh’s passing during treatment, and his body was taken into custody for further examination through autopsy.

In a separate incident that occurred on Sunday, a 19-year-old youth named Armaan, also known as Kasim, was fatally stabbed by three individuals in Meena Bazar, Central Delhi. Armaan, a resident of Loni in Ghaziabad, became the unfortunate victim of this senseless act of violence.

Authorities received information early in the morning, around 5:20 am, that Armaan had been declared dead by medical professionals at Jama Masjid police station. A case was subsequently registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, including murder, and an ongoing investigation is underway to bring the perpetrators to justice.
