Man Indicted for Shooting at Woman and Infant in Dayton

A 20-year-old man from Dayton, Jayson Anthony Day-Part, has been indicted for allegedly shooting at a woman and her infant on New Year’s Day. He is facing two counts of felonious assault, both with three-year gun specifications that could result in additional sentencing if he is convicted.
