Mobile Woman Arrested in Connection to 2022 Murder
MOBILE, Ala. – A 22-year-old woman from Mobile, Jasmine Alexandria Walker, has been arrested by the Mobile Police Department in connection to the 2022 murder of Deion L. Dembert. The arrest comes after a secret grand jury indictment, and Walker is now facing charges of felony murder.

Dembert, who was only 21 years old, tragically lost his life on February 4, 2022. The incident occurred at the Park West Apartments located at 1701 Hillcrest Road, where he was shot and killed.
Location of the Incident
The suspect in the murder case, Christian Leigh Rogers, who was 19 years old at the time, was identified and arrested on March 7, 2022. Rogers was charged with murder and is currently being held in jail awaiting further legal proceedings.
