According to a report in TNIE, the two individuals had met through an online dating portal and had been in a relationship for over a year. However, when their families discovered their relationship and confronted them, Vanjinathan’s family decided to arrange his marriage with a woman. This forced Vanjinathan to end his relationship with Lokesh, leading to a heartbreaking situation.
