Motive Still Unknown, Safe Found Pried Open

Reedley Police Chief Joe Garza revealed that investigators are still trying to determine the motive behind the crime. However, it was discovered that a safe inside the Bonds’ home had been forcefully pried open and emptied. The stolen items include guns, money, and personal belongings.

Suspects Charged, Teenager Facing Homicide Charges

Authorities have charged 21-year-old Rafael Gonzales and his girlfriend, 34-year-old Brynn Curtis, with accessory after the fact. Additionally, Curtis’ 17-year-old son, a high school student, is facing all four counts of homicide. It has been revealed that the teenage suspect and Matthew Bonds were friends.
