Juan Ortega Charged in Connection with Fatal Crash in Spartanburg County

Juan Ortega is now facing charges in connection with a tragic and fatal crash that occurred on September 29th in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. The South Carolina Highway Patrol has charged Ortega with three counts of reckless homicide and one count of driving without a license. The victims have been identified as Jeffrey Scott Wallace (18), Vladimir Matthew Rybinski (17), and Vitaliy Gregoriy Rybinski (15), who were brothers.
