SWAT: In a devastating incident, a pick-up van carrying passengers veered off the road and plunged into a ditch in the Nokhara area of Matta Tehsil on Wednesday, resulting in the loss of two lives, including that of a woman. Additionally, three individuals sustained injuries and were promptly taken to Matta Hospital for medical treatment, according to local authorities.

The Matta police officials investigating the accident have attributed the cause to excessive speeding, which led to the unfortunate mishap. The deceased individuals have been identified as Taj Mahal and Noor Jamal, both of whom were occupants of the ill-fated van.
