Authorities are currently investigating a theft that occurred on November 29 at a construction site on Route 202 in Concord Township. The stolen items include a furnace and three tankless water heaters, with an estimated value of over $5,000.

A recent incident of theft took place at Five Guys in the Concordville Town Centre on November 21. The suspect managed to steal four gift cards worth a total of $250.

The Pennsylvania State Police, in conjunction with the Tinicum Township Police, are currently conducting an investigation into a stolen vehicle case. A 29-year-old man from Chester reported his black Dodge Avenger stolen from the Hillside Hotel on Route 1 at 5:38 a.m. on a particular day. The vehicle was recovered in Tinicum the following day, leading to the arrest of Anthony Lockwood on charges of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of an automobile, among others.

Avondale Barracks

The Avondale barracks of the Pennsylvania State Police have apprehended three women from Wilmington for shoplifting at Ulta Beauty in East Marlborough Township on December 13. The accused individuals, aged 21, 26, and 37, were caught stealing merchandise worth $785 from the store.

Kennett Square Police Department

On January 3, an arrest warrant was issued by District Court 15-3-04 for Kharee Brunson, who failed to appear at his preliminary hearing. Brunson is accused of throwing an object through a pane of glass on an upper floor of the municipal parking garage in the borough on October 30. A criminal complaint was filed on November 3, as stated in the police report.
