Tragic Accident Claims Lives of Two-Year-Old Girl, Mother, and Ambulance Driver in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD:

An unfortunate incident occurred on Monday on the Indus Highway in Jamshoro district, whereby an ambulance carrying a two-year-old girl from Larkana to Karachi met with a fatal accident. This tragic incident resulted in the loss of three lives, including the child, her mother, and the ambulance driver.

According to the police, the accident occurred when a truck collided with the ambulance, causing another vehicle, a car, to ram into the already damaged vehicles. The collision left the four occupants of the car injured, while those inside the ambulance lost their lives. The deceased have been identified as two-year-old Uroosa Fatima, daughter of Riaz Khaskheli, 55-year-old Panah Khaskheli, wife of Muhammad Ameen Khaskheli, and the ambulance driver Javed Ali Wagan.

Local witnesses informed the media that it took approximately an hour for the rescuers to reach the accident spot and retrieve the dead and injured individuals. The bodies and injured victims were then transported to Manjhand taluka hospital. Later, the injured were referred to Liaquat University Hospital in Hyderabad for further medical attention.
