The incident took place at approximately 11:55 AM when 38-year-old Ryan McDonough from Pittsburgh was driving his car eastbound on Route 22 near Snyder Lane. Due to the road’s snow-covered conditions, McDonough lost control of his vehicle, causing it to cross the median and collide with a westbound vehicle driven by 47-year-old Schelley Ebersole from Portage.

Fortunately, both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the collision. While Ebersole sustained possible injuries, she did not require hospitalization. However, McDonough is now facing charges related to the crash.
