The injured individual has been promptly transferred to the Government Hospital in Cumbum, where they are receiving medical treatment. It has been reported that the van involved in the accident was traveling from Chennai. The driver of the van, identified as S. Tirunavukkarasu, has been taken into custody for further investigation.
