CANOGA PARK, CA – In a devastating incident that occurred on Sunday morning, two individuals lost their lives in a fatal pileup on North Topanga Canyon Boulevard. The victims have been identified as Pedro Montelongo, a 24-year-old man from Los Angeles, and Kimberley Ayala Rodriguez, a 23-year-old woman.
