HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — In a shocking incident that unfolded on January 4, 2024, a Mercy Air Flight Paramedic was viciously assaulted by a DUI driver who had been involved in a serious crash. The 46-year-old culprit, identified as Alexander Esparza from Hesperia, caused havoc on the 9200 block of Tamarisk Avenue by colliding with multiple parked vehicles and a concrete light pole at around 9:09 pm.
