Triple Shooting and Carjacking Leaves One Dead in Forest Park
FOREST PARK, Ga. – A random triple shooting incident followed by a double carjacking at gunpoint shocked the residents of Forest Park on Friday. Brandon Harris, one of the victims, tragically lost his life in the incident. The Forest Park Police have arrested the alleged shooter, 33-year-old Victor Demetrious Baymon, in connection with the crimes.

According to authorities, the unfortunate events unfolded around 10:30 a.m. at a tax office in Forest Park. Police Chief Brandon Criss revealed that Baymon had followed his ex-girlfriend to the location, where she was getting her taxes done. The person preparing the taxes became Baymon’s target and was fatally shot.

Manhunt on for Forest Park triple shooting suspect
Multiple law enforcement agencies are searching for the man they say shot and killed at least one person and injured two others in a bizarre turn of events. FOX 5’s Eric Perry has the story.
Baymon then proceeded to shoot another individual at the tax office before carjacking a vehicle from the parking lot. He fled the scene but crashed the stolen vehicle into a nearby building. Undeterred, he abandoned the damaged car and carjacked another one, making his escape.
As the chaos continued, Baymon found himself on Old Jonesboro Road, where he targeted a man working on a house and shot him. Fortunately, the victim survived the attack. However, the authorities were hot on Baymon’s trail.
Officials eventually located Baymon speeding in one of the carjacked vehicles in Powder Springs. They swiftly apprehended him and took him into custody. Baymon, currently receiving medical treatment, will be transferred to Clayton County Jail once released from the hospital.
Brandon Harris, the victim who tragically lost his life in this senseless act of violence, was remembered fondly by his family. They shared cherished photographs with FOX 5 Atlanta, describing him as a loving father, husband, and brother. Harris had a magnetic personality that could instantly light up any room he entered.
This shocking incident has left the community of Forest Park in mourning. The local authorities, along with multiple law enforcement agencies, are working diligently to bring justice to those affected by this tragic event.
