Gonzales Police Searching for Suspect in Entergy Truck Theft

Break-In and Theft at Entergy Lot in Gonzales
BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Gonzales Police are currently on the lookout for an individual who
broke into an Entergy lot and made off with one of their trucks, as well as several spools of wire and equipment.
The incident took place at the Entergy lot situated at 1619 S. Burnside Avenue.

Further investigation by the police has revealed that the same suspect believed to have stolen
the Entergy truck was spotted driving it to Cabela’s Marathon the following day. At the latter location, the
suspect managed to pilfer 14 propane tanks.
Suspect Identified: Kelly Philander Webb
The individual responsible for these crimes has been identified as Kelly Philander Webb, a
57-year-old resident of Baton Rouge. Gonzales Police have promptly issued a warrant for Webb’s immediate arrest in
connection with the theft.
