The victim, identified as 19-year-old Raneilia Richards from Toronto, was fatally shot outside a nightclub. Police investigators believe she was an innocent bystander and not the intended target of the shooting.

However, they are actively seeking assistance from the public to identify a vehicle spotted leaving the crime scene. The vehicle in question is described as an older model grey SUV.
