According to the authorities, the suspect responsible for this unlawful act has been identified as Barbaro Marquez Dominguez, a 47-year-old resident of Storm Lake. It is alleged that Marquez Dominguez exploited credit cards belonging to a local business without authorization. The unauthorized use of these cards occurred on two separate occasions, specifically on October 11th and November 8th, 2022.
The Nature of the Offense
Marquez Dominguez is believed to have misused the credit cards with the intention of acquiring approximately £5,000 worth of fuel. The illicit transactions were conducted without the knowledge or consent of the Storm Lake business, resulting in significant financial harm.
