Toronto police have announced that a man and a woman are now facing charges in relation to a violent altercation that occurred in the Danforth area two weeks ago, resulting in the unfortunate death of a Keswick man.

Incident Details

The incident took place on December 22 at approximately 11:40 p.m. when the authorities were alerted to a shooting at the intersection of Danforth and Woodbine avenues.

Altercation and Fatality

According to the police, the victim sustained a fatal gunshot wound during a confrontation with a group of men.

Victim Identification

The victim has been identified as 45-year-old Adam Palermo from Keswick.

Arrests Made

In a significant development, the police have arrested two individuals in connection with Palermo’s untimely demise.

Suspects and Charges

David Wilfred, a 27-year-old resident of Toronto, has been charged with second-degree murder. Additionally, 23-year-old Angelica Cunha faces charges of accessory after the fact to commit an indictable offence.
